I shot this at the ghost town of Old Paria, Utah. It was my first trial using a DIY tracker to counteract the earth's rotation. This allows long exposures without streaking. Usually about 30 seconds is the longest I can go without obvious streaking due to earth's rotation. 240 seconds gives me three stops more light. I used these to lower ISO by one stop and close down the lens (for sharpness) by two stops. This was shot using a Nikon D800E at ISO 1600 with the 16-35 f/4 lens set at 16mm and f/8.
