All the area around that house in the distance is to be turned into Leisure Land. The first step was to create a lake, paths and a bridge. All of that has now been completed as you can see in the photo. The Park will eventually have a children's play area, football pitches and so on but the ground is waterlogged (see bottom left corner) and so they will need to wait for it to dry up before they can do anything else to it. It is a really lovely setting especially in the Sun.
