The interior of the Astronomical Clock Tower in Prague. The spiral ramp winds for 8 floors, from the 4th floor of the Town Hall to near the top of the clock tower, before ending in a spiral staircase. In the middle is a circular elevator for those too lazy (or sensible) to walk to the top. The clock itself was built in 1410 and is the oldest working astronomical clock in the world.
