This very old copper pot was in the main entrance to Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire. It was very gloomy with little light and I was not allowed to use my flash, so I rested my camera on the table and set a longer exposure. Cropped to show the background slightly out of focus I liked the way the detail of the copper work is shown in the section of the image that is in focus.
