Fairy-tales. As a child I loved fairy-tales. I had two big books full of them. One from the Brothers Grimm and the other one from Hans Christian Anderson. There were worlds to discover and I was the captain of my mind and my mind was caught in sentences which grew into stories. Just everything seemed possible while I was in “my-land”, shortly before falling to sleep. As the days went by and formed themselves into years and the years started to connect to each other and wobble in a constant motion back into the foggy past, slowly and balking, my stories changed. The Brothers Grimm got replaced by Karl May and he again further to Jules Verne, then romances, then thrillers and so forth. Whatever nourishment my soul needed, there was the right book for it, just around the corner, waiting for me. Today, when I walk through this picture, or any place in nature, I am back again in fairy-land. Same feelings suffusing, pervading me. Just one small difference there is. No narration is needed to reach this today. I just need to be, breathe and see.. in the moment., in this place.
