www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8_lnf0WU0U&feature=share We all can be very protective of our photography. A couple of years ago, though, I decided to allow my landscapes to be in the Creative Commons. Since then I have tried to follow where my pictures get used. I’ve found my photos on blogs, photography websites, newspapers, Facebook, and Yahoo just to name a few places. But on this occasion I discovered not only had someone paired one of my pictures with some interesting music on YouTube, but they also changed the entire mood of the photo by converting it to black & white. As often as I use monochrome processing don’t ask me why but, I never once thought of converting this picture to black & white. I think I like it better.
