Make a creative photograph today that emphasizes its characteristics. #ds363 Technically, this is Coconino Sandstone, thre same geological formation that makes the prominent light colored cliffs in the upper sections of the Grand Canyon, and also the majestic canyon walls of places like Zion and the rest of the magicl sculpted landscape of Southern Utah. I live on it, literally, I am sure bedrock is not too far below my house because I cannot put a shovel in the ground and avoid hitting one. With its blocky or planar shape, it makes for great stepping stones and stackable, it makes for garden walls. It is my favorite material in my landscaping.
