Spiced Zucchini Walnut bread recipe from epicurious www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Spiced-Zucchini-Wal... Made from half of a giant zuke harvested from the garden this week. There verdict is yummy- very soft, and has a pleasant sweetness (used Stevia instead of sugar). Had to use coconut extract since I had no vanilla.
