Cwm Idwal in Snowdonia is a Site of Sceintific Interest and one of the most amazing mountaineering places in the world. The wall to left is where the 1923 Everest Expedition with George Mallory trained. The front wall of Devils Kitchen is a famous ice climb, and Charles Darwin was informed for the origin of the species by the rock formations. In all of my many years visiting, I have neven seen the Cwm (Lake) frozen over. A very magical spiritual place to be. www.facebook.com/LesHainesImages
