Making the most of left over grilled salmon, tonight on warm flour tortillas with a bit of fresh cilantro and jalepeño peppers from the garden, plus lettuce (waiting on my cabbage), a pinch of lime. But the winning part was the sauce, never made quite the same. This was one of my best mixes ever. This is my best guess at a quasi recipe: *2 parts plain yogurt to 1 part mayo (I did about a Tbsp per part) * A few squirts of lime juice * About 10-15 healthy shakes of Cholulu hot sauce * Maybe 2 tablespoons of salsa * chopped finely 1-2 small jalepeño, hey seeds too! Plus spices in order of decreasing amounts: * Ground chipotle * Chili powder * Salt * Cayenne * pepper * cumin
