Winter dawn in Seefeld in Tirol as seen from the ski slope at Rosshütte. The Moon is hiding behind the clouds, while the Sun is rising on the left hand side. On the right hand side of the picture, Zugspitze, and the Wetterstein chain (part of the Bavarian Alps) can be seen. Albeit, the sky was somewhat cloudy, it was a rather cold morning. During the four 1-minute shots that comprise this panorama, I almost froze, taking my gloves off only to press the exposure button. But in the end, I think it was well worth it.
