Much better if you click here for an immersive interactive view. (Flash needed.) Capturing this lobby in a panosphere was a big objective of my trip to Las Vegas, over 1500 miles of driving. I was hoping that the hotel security would not interfere. I set my tripod on a marble table right in the middle of things (and right under the center of the ceiling) and clicked away. After half an hour, a security fellow approached me and said they did not allow professional photographers to take pictures inside the hotel. I assured him that I had never been paid for any photographs, ever. He left me to my non-professional photographic activities for the rest of the session! Thank you, security guy, wherever you are. I generally found Las Vegas to be a photographer-friendly place.
