Back when the world was young, on the slopes of Ben Venue in the Trossachs area of Scotland, goblins lived in caves on the mountain. Ben Venue means mountain of the caves and the caves are known as Coire nan Uriskin - the caves of the goblins. When the twilight mists gather on the mountain slopes and roll down the glens, people out late on the mountain report seeing strange ghostly shapes in the mist who disappear when you look directly at them. Superstitious nonsense of course ?
