This massive and very beautiful Minster is the largest parish church in the UK, both by size and length (Christchurch is only 311ft, Beverley is 333ft). It is an incredibly beautiful Perpendicular Gothic church, dominated by it's two massive West Towers. The short Central Tower was never completed to its full height. Unfortunately, the Minster was closed when we arrived, so no interior shots this time, but based on pictures, it is also very beautiful. The Minster dominates the small market town of Beverley and is one of the finest and largest church buildings in the country, larger than one third of English Cathedrals.
