I'm dumping this scale at the thrift store. A scale should do one thing easily- step on it and it displays your weight (if it is smart, it rounds it down a bit). This one required me to tap a switch to turn it on, click the "Scroll" button to select a profile, click a "Select button", wait for it to flash through the most recent readings, then wait while it got ready-- if I was lucky I might only have to repeat this three times to get a reading. I like the design of the iPod Nano as a lightweigth music player- its the Nike iPod+ app I think needs help- at the end of a run, when I am tired and sweaty, the last thing I want to do is manipulate the scroll wheel and run through menu selections to tell the damne thing I am done. It should be a ONE CLICK thing to stop. I have more complaints about its failure to really measure much more than steps.
