Here's a photo of my D800E set up on a little hill for the star shot that I posted yesterday. The RamperPro controller is hanging below, attached to the camera and the light sensor with several cables. The batteries are lying on the ground, out of sight. It ran for ten hours but the sunset wasn't spectacular, and clouds kept coming and going. So I probably won't show the time lapse video. I had the Nikon 28mm f/2.8 Ai-S lens mounted on the D800E. This photo was taken with the D7000. Having had a couple of tripod blow-overs, I've learned to mount the equipment as low as possible.
