The old myths tell that the Urisks, the faeries of the forests, live in the ancient forests of the Trossachs in Scotland. On misty mornings they come to drink at the small lochs, but vanish into the same mists at the sight of humans. Sometimes when you sit alone in the early mornings, watching the mists rise off the loch, you get the strange feeling that someone or something is watching you. The morning mists in the Trossachs are known as the 'Breath of the Urisks'.
