Finding your place, having some space, with the main quest, to rest and digest. Finding a mind, that can rewind. Sink to the ground, where there is no sound. Finding some time, say this is “mine”. You need your rest, you just deserve best. A pause just for a while, not for too long, just to get strong, before you break-up and again get along. So breathe in some air and be aware that to find tranquillity you must take responsibility for YOURSELF. No other one will do it depends all on you. And by doing that you will have again strength, for the next length, to be there for others, and to dare for others. So you should try to see, that you need YOURSELF to be, need YOURSELF to take care for others, to change what matters and what bothers, to be tree, for someone to lean on, and find shelter, until the storm moves on. So allow YOURSELF to be YOURSELF without hesitation. A rest is not something you must earn, a break is something you take, such as a happy mind, is something you should strive to make. No justify to do nothing is needed, no guilty conscience required to be feeded. So just for yours and others sake: “To learn to look after oneself may be the best investment in wealth, one can make.”
