So breathe in some air and be aware that to find tranquillity you must take responsibility for YOURSELF. No other one will do it depends all on you. And by doing that you will have again strength, for the next length, to be there for others, and to dare for others. So you should try to see, that you need YOURSELF to be, need YOURSELF to take care for others, to change what matters and what bothers, to be tree, for someone to lean on, and find shelter, until the storm moves on. So allow YOURSELF to be YOURSELF without hesitation. A rest is not something you must earn, a break is something you take, such as a happy mind, is something you should strive to make. No justify to do nothing is needed, no guilty conscience required to be feeded. So just for yours and others sake: “To learn to look after oneself may be the best investment in wealth, one can make.”
