You can find these shamanic poles near Shaman´s rock on Olkhon, an island of Lake Baikal. Shamanism is still playing its role in this area. If you travel back in time you may discover, that Shamanism was the dominant pre-religious practice for humanity during the Palaeolithic. It is just too far away for us western culture subscription members to still feel it, although some of us do feel the rays of fascination this topic emits. But we are not embedded in nature anymore the same way as we used to be. We construct our environment in a much different way and call them cities. Nowadays other roles and models dominate our life. But still. If you have the possibility to visit such a sacred place and to just be and just feel, clutter will fall off and you will wide-eyed be rewarded with the Present in all its magic.
